I give Black Anchor Roofing 5 stars without hesitation! For a small roofing company I was impressed with their level of maturity and knowledge of the roofing and gutter industry. I was approved for a new roof under an insurance claim and I chose Black Anchor Roofing to do the job. The day of my insurance claim roof inspection, Ricky, the owner of Black Anchor Roofing met the claims adjuster on site to offer any assistance in identifying the roof hail damages. Ricky was very poised and patient in communicating with the claims adjuster on that day. I could tell that Ricky had experience and understood that dealing with insurance adjusters is a very delicate balance. On the day of installation I was surprised and impressed with the scale of the operation (workers and equipment) that descended on my home early in the morning. The crew chief Jose coordinated the installation from start to finish. Jose was also helpful in answering any questions I had during the installation. It was very impressive to see how they covered and protected my home from any possible falling debris (see pics). His entire crew completed the job in one day. I also had Black Anchor Roofing install new sturdy metal gutter guards on all of my gutters and their attention to detail was impressive. I highly recommend Black Anchor Roofing for all of your roofing and gutter needs!
I can’t say enough good things about Black Anchor roofing. Ricky and Meagan were easy to work with and very accommodating! I found the cost to be extremely competitive, especially when considering the quality of the work. Jose and his team were extremely professional, unbelievably kind, and (most importantly) their work was beyond top notch! I would recommend Black Anchor to anyone and everyone!
